Before working with Shakeima, I didn’t have clarity regarding my business. After taking Shakeima’s class, I began to understand how to implement systems that would work for my business. The biggest problem I was facing before taking Shakeima’s class was getting started. In addition to, prospecting, marketing and setting up a database. Shakeima is a strong leader, someone who wants others to win, too. When I got into real estate, I was clueless. I didn’t know where to start. Shakeima came highly recommended. She helped me set up my database, discuss marketing materials, and prospecting. The problems that I faced prior to attending Shakeima’a weekend retreat was needing to hone more into some of my positives and identify and work on my negatives. I needed to focus on time management and also my identity, being that I work hand in hand with my husband sometimes I would lose some of my focus and feel that I have no identity. After the retreat it rejuvenated me and helped me to better identify some of the things that I can implement to better serve our clients and focus on branding and marketing along with follow-up with clients to take our business to another level. It certainly motivated and refreshed me. I would encourage any agent, whether they are new, or seasoned to attend one of Shakeima’s training sessions because she will definitely drop some valuable nuggets that, if used correctly, can catapult anyone’s business in an upward spiral.

While working with Shakeima, I learned that it is imperative to be constantly consistent and organized by implementing strategic systems by nurturing and building relationships to help with my SOI.. Years ago, I had lunch with Coach and she told me that I needed to be consistent because that was one way she built her business with social media. Over the years I have seen how people on my social media are attracted to authentic me but I must show up consistently. I appreciate her passion and encouragement for agents, I have been in real estate for 15 years and some brokers have not put out as much that Shakeima has shared.
